Item No.217. Pewter Ice Mould in the shape of either a lemon or a nut. Late 1800s.

Item No.233. 3-Part Pewter Ice Cream Mould. C.1890s.

 This type of mould is sometimes termed a ‘banquet mould’. Undoubtedly for its elaborate nature.

 Manufactured by the well-known 20c kitchen brand 'Nutbrown'. Simple scooping mechanism and wooden handle.

Item No. 68. Ice Cream or Ice Pudding Mould Dates to around Late 1800s/Early 1900s.

  

Possibly tin or steel.

Decorative flower mold to turn out a frozen dessert.

4 1/4 inches long under the handle and about 3 1/2 inches wide.  

Item No.183. Rose Shaped Ice Mould. 1800s.

 Pewter ice mould in shape of a rose. 2 ¾ x 2 ¼ x 1 ¾”. Made by Jones Bros, Down Street, Piccadilly, circa 1890. Jones Bros were well known London ironmongers specialising in cookware.

Létang Fils . Pewter ice mould in the shape of asparagus for elaborate & decorative ice   designs for the table. 1 &1/4 x 1 & 3/4 across the middle. Marked   1960 (the mould no). and with Makers Mark

Létang Fils. This same model appears in one of their catalogues at   the turn of the 20c.

Item No.182. Victorian era Sorbetiere, with missing lid.

 Pewter ice cream freezing pot. 1686 grammes. 139 mm diameter at rim x 230 mm deep. You pack it with ice cream and place in a wooden pail packed with ice and salt, turn regularly to make ice cream.
